1 hour of interactive entertainment. Storytelling with children acting out certain animals or actions with poses with Yoga. Games created with poses, movement, music and singing. Stillness, quietness with guided meditation. I have a supply of mats but if you have one please bring it along. ***Please have your child bring along their favourite special Teddy, Toy or Doll for meditation *** Open to all school age children (under 5's must be in the care of an adult at all times) I am a qualified Yoga teacher and hold a WWCC.

We will begin with an energy awakening breath meditation to get those creative juices flowing and open of the mind. No drawing or art experience is required. You will receive a blank art journal to begin creating. I will guide you along the way. It is simple yet so rewarding. You will get to take your journal home with the knowledge of how to colour your way through each page. Neurographic art is a simple way to work with the subconscious mind through drawing. This creative method stimulates new neural pathways by combining art and psychology. Very healing and relaxing.
Once a Month women shall gather, to share, experience and relish in each other's company. A "safe space", a place where women can commune, open up and feel seen and heard.Together we shall support one another with empathy and compassion. At "Dragonfly's Den" you will have the opportunity to share in the beautiful spiritual energy and also meditate amongst natures trees and do some breathwork in the fresh air, whilst grounding barefoot on the lush green grass. *** 3 hours of Self Healing and Connection*** BYO: Please bring along water , snacks & lunch for a picnic outside once finished. A retreat where I will share techniques & self help tools, that you can practise Yourself for Yourself. I have been practising these techniques & using these tools for over 4 years & a walking proof they work. They are what helped get me through Breast Cancer, treatment & operations twice in 5 years. I truly "Feel Good Within" and want others to feel it too. The choice is yours!

Fun & creative entertainment for children of all ages. Allowing them to use their imagination, painting and designing through rock painting. All supplies included. Please wear comfortable clothes , maybe bring an apron or old shirt. Please note: Children under school age may require a parent to assist.

A party for all children to create and use their imagination. Have some fun and paint a bee rock or rainbow rock. All materials are supplied, but please make sure to wear old clothes or apron and comfy clothes. Bring along juice or water for drinking. Mozzie spray as we will be outside but under cover. Children under 5 years are welcome but a parent must assist with them. Numbers are limited so book early so as not to miss out.
