1 hour of interactive entertainment. Storytelling with children acting out certain animals or actions with poses with Yoga. Games created with poses, movement, music and singing. Stillness, quietness with guided meditation. I have a supply of mats but if you have one please bring it along. ***Please have your child bring along their favourite special Teddy, Toy or Doll for meditation *** Open to all school age children (under 5's must be in the care of an adult at all times) I am a qualified Yoga teacher and hold a WWCC.
